Shaanxi Heyuan employs roughly 400 professionals, including 38 scientific researchers and designers. Eleven of them have senior professional titles, while 18 have intermediate professional titles. The service crew includes more than 50 persons. Over two-thirds of engineering management and technical staff hold a bachelor's degree or above. They have advanced technical skills and extensive industry expertise.
